Computer Care ...

Have you ever been caught?

We know that 'out there' are many supposed 'experts' that convince you that your computer needs this or that programme or piece of hardware to make it perform faster or better.

The fact of the matter is it's oftentimes a whole lot of BS.

Please excuse the language, but we know (we can give you a list) of the problems these 'experts' can create.

We are then called in to fix them! And this is where experience does count.

The client has already paid a higher than average price for this service. and while we don't do this for free, you will find that our charges are very competitive: We do it on-site and we do it right - the first time.

You only pay for the fuel that's used to get there and the actual time we are with you.

Redback Web Studio also continues its popular computer maintenance programme.

Available on-site in a limited area, a regular maintenance programme will keep your computer system running to its best performance and make your life easier.

Do yourself a favour and Contact us to arrange a maintenance programme for you.

Spin a Web ...

Redback Web Studio is just that - a fully multi-functioning studio - and we will spin you a web!

Redback Web Studio has been in business designing and developing web sites since early 1999.

Since then, we have prided ourselves on designing sites that are logical and easy to use, are not loaded with advertising that causes confusion to the visitor and offer a degree of good download speeds to those of us that don't have the advantages of high-speed broadband connections and the like.

Our site designs are kept tight and compact, yet give the site owner all that is needed using the latest web site techniques.

Redback generally takes on only one or two tasks at a time - this ensures that our clients receive our full attention and consideration.

It's always been Redback's attitude that the client is always right.

But we are here to offer suggestions and advice also, because sometimes the client is not so right!

We insist that the resulting web site receives the absolute best attention to detail, makes sense, looks good and will bring people back to visit.

Naturally, with the World Wide Web Consortium Accessibility Tests being a major feature in today's design standards, we strive to meet them all. These are set to meet the needs of those suffering various forms of disability, and mobile/cell telephone, PDA users, etcetera.

The most important thing about design is that each site does the job according to this criteria. Coding issues are remedied over time and according to technological advances, and the visitor will further benefit from this.

However, the visitor should experience the most convenient method of using the Internet, and to this end, Redback does its best.
